San Francisco Lands End is a rugged part of the San Francisco coastline between Point Lobos and China Beach. In recent years, the park service has made improvements to the trails and access to a pebbled beach has been made much easier via a new set of stairways. To reach Lands End take the outbound 38 buss and get off at the last stop or drive and park in the parking lot north of the Cliff House. From there, follow the trail that hugs the coastline until you reach Lands End.
